Firefly Gathering’s Three Day Passes are for Wednesday 6/21 – Friday 6/23, or Friday 6/23 – Sunday 6/25. Passes include camping the night before the ticket start date and camping the nights of the ticket, live evening entertainment, and a free shuttle to and from the satellite parking lot.
Parking fees are NOT included in this pass. Click here to view Parking Pass options and purchase yours. All registrants bringing a vehicle must purchase a parking pass. (For more details, see bottom of page.)

Dates: Firefly Gathering is held from Tuesday July 8 – Sunday July 14, 2025. Classes are held from Wednesday – Sunday with an additional arrival day on Tuesday.

Parking: Passes do not include parking. On-site spots are limited, and we encourage you to choose your parking as soon as possible to have the most optimal options available to you. If you’re unable to use your ticket, you have two options, both options require notification at least 14 days prior to the event start date.
To receive credit or transfer your ticket to another person, notify us in writing by email at [email protected] at least 14 days prior to the start of the event. No post-deadline requests accepted.
Firefly retains the right to cancel any event or class at any time due to low registration, public health concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a cancellation, all tickets will automatically become credit for future events and classes.
PLEASE NOTE:
Firefly Gathering wants all of our participants to feel strong and empowered in their bodies, hearts, and minds. To this end, our community will actively address language or behavior that is non-consensual, racist, sexist, homo/transphobic or harmful in any way, and if need be, remove folks from the event. We ask that you help facilitate a compassionate and inviting experience for your fellow attendees by being aware of your own language (both verbal and non), attitude and behavior. Please alert us if you witness any issues that may need our attention.
It is our goal that everyone here feels heard, supported and free. If at any time you do not feel comfortable, please speak with our security team or someone on staff. Please communicate respectfully, even when you disagree, listen with an open mind and heart, and express your gratitude.
Parents and guardians, you are fully responsible for your children at all times during The Firefly Gathering. Any care that Firefly staff & volunteers provide is purely supplemental and educational. If your family decides to participate in the Youth Village programs, you agree to attend a parent orientation to inform yourself of the program’s expectations and do your best to follow them.
Firefly Gathering attracts hundreds of people each year. Photographs, video and audio recordings will be taken throughout the event. By registering for this event, you consent, without limitation, on your own behalf and that of your children, and all minors in your care at the event, to The Firefly Gathering’s use of these images and your/their likeness for promotional and commercial purposes.
** If you do not wish to be recorded, please follow consent guidelines of turning away from cameras and speaking to the event photographers personally. More information will be provided at the event regarding consent protocol. **

Lily is an artist, creator, and dreamer. Since a very young age, she has been immersed in the natural world and draws heavy inspiration from the wild. Though her medium changes frequently, Lily’s art and expression always incorporate an element of the organic and unpredictable. She got her associate in fine arts in 2023, and now volunteers at her school as a ceramic studio monitor. She hopes to open a studio of her own one day to have a place to teach and inspire others. In addition to doing commission work, Lily has been creating many graphics for The Firefly Gathering since 2019. Lily grew up in the Earthskills community from the time she was eight years old, so having the opportunity to grow and give back in so many ways has been incredibly fulfilling. No matter where she ends up, this group of people and ideas will always hold a special place in her heart.
