Are you ready to take wellness into your own hands and deepen your connection with the plants and Earth? Join herbalist Deanna Rose for an empowering and immersive journey into the garden and the wide world of herbalism, designed to support your unique health needs.
In the first part of the class, we’ll do a deep dive into the world of medicinal herbs and their relationship to our body’s vital systems, including the heart, brain, gut, womb, colon, immune system, lungs, throat, and nervous system. We’ll also explore natural remedies for anxiety relief and general first aid, gaining valuable knowledge on how to enhance your health and well being naturally.
In the second part of the workshop, with this rich understanding, we’ll bring your vision to life by designing an herbal garden that serves your specific wellness goals. Imagine creating garden beds dedicated to heart health, anxiety relief, or other areas you want to support. If you don’t have garden space, you can craft an “inner garden” by developing a routine for using these herbs or creating an inspiring art piece to guide your herbal journey throughout the year.
Then in the third part of this immersive experience, we’ll get hands-on with herbal medicine making by blending two custom teas to take home: one for heart health and another to ease anxiety, giving you a head start on your herbal self-care.
Perfect for beginners and seasoned herbalists alike, this class empowers you to cultivate your own remedies, deepen your connection with plants, and take charge of your health. Remember: self care is community care! Join us and grow your own and your community’s well being today!
