Dates: Firefly Gathering is held from Tuesday July 8 – Sunday July 14, 2025. Classes are held from Wednesday – Sunday with an additional arrival day on Tuesday.
- Full Passes are Tuesday – Sunday.
- Three Day Passes are Wednesday – Friday, or Friday – Sunday.
- One Day Passes are available for Wed, Thurs, Fri, or Saturday.
- Three day and One Day passes include camping the night before the ticket start date and the night(s) of the ticket. These tickets will go on sale March 1.
Location: Wild Human Preserve, Green Mountain, NC
*Note: All tickets include onsite camping.
Parking: Passes do not include parking. On-site spots are limited, and we encourage you to choose your parking as soon as possible to have the most optimal options available to you. Parental & Guardian Consent
Parents and guardians, you are fully responsible for your children at all times during The Firefly Gathering. Any care that Firefly staff & volunteers provide is purely supplemental and educational. If your family decides to participate in the Youth Village programs, you agree to attend a parent orientation to inform yourself of the program’s expectations and do your best to follow them.
Media Release Consent
Firefly Gathering attracts hundreds of people each year. Photographs, video and audio recordings will be taken throughout the event. By registering for this event, you consent, without limitation, on your own behalf and that of your children, and all minors in your care at the event, to The Firefly Gathering’s use of these images and your/their likeness for promotional and commercial purposes.
** If you do not wish to be recorded, please follow consent guidelines of turning away from cameras and speaking to the event photographers personally. More information will be provided at the event regarding consent protocol. **
