’24 Parking Passes

Every vehicle needs a Parking Pass. Most people choose the Offsite Satellite Parking Pass ($25) which includes a free shuttle to and from the event for transporting yourself & your gear. (NOTE: gear must be carried from the drop-off area to your chosen campsite). While most folks choose the Satellite Parking option, some prefer to camp in or near their cars, or park onsite for easier access to their vehicles. We have options to meet all of these needs, as detailed below. Prices are for the entire event and cannot be prorated. All onsite parking passes are very limited and thus sell out early. Please consider joining a carpool!

Parking Pass Descriptions

*NOTE: No cars will be admitted onsite without an Onsite Parking Pass – no exceptions!

  • Offsite Satellite Parking – $25 / vehicle (SOLD OUT) – This field is fairly flat and is located near the event. From here, you will take the free shuttle to get you and your gear onsite (no driving onsite is allowed with this option). Purchase now to expedite your entry to the event. No camping of any kind is allowed in the Satellite Parking lot.
  • Onsite Parking – $75 / vehicle – For those who want their car closer or don’t want to use the shuttle to transport gear, we have a limited number of onsite parking spots. Gear can be carried on foot from the parking lot to your chosen campsite site- no driving up to campsites to drop off gear, no camping in or next to the vehicle is allowed in these spots. Onsite parking spots are located on a hill and a working parking brake or chalks are necessary. Space is limited.
  • Onsite Car Camping – $175 / vehicle (SOLD OUT) – For folks who want to camp on the ground next to their car in a tent. This area is inside the event grounds and close to the main fields. Parts of this area are on a slight slope. Space is very limited.
  • Onsite Small RV/Bus/Van Parking – $225  / vehicle (SOLD OUT) – For folks who sleep in their small camping vehicles. This area is relatively flat, but you may want to bring some blocks or boards to level things out more, as this site is very slopey. Limited to vehicles 25 ft or shorter. This field is inside the event grounds and close to the main fields. Space is very limited.
  • Onsite Large RV/Bus Parking – $666 / vehicle (SOLD OUT)– Onsite Large RV/Bus Parking – $666 / vehicle – For RV/Buses larger than 25 ft. There are no hookups. The location is a 5-8 minute walk from the main event space. There are a maximum of 2 spots, and fitting these into the available space is very challenging for us logistically, hence the high price.

Parking is extremely limited for everyone. Please consider adding yourself as a carpooler after you purchase a ticket, or joining in an existing carpool / carpool waitlist

Bookkeeper

Lily is an artist, creator, and dreamer. Since a very young age, she has been immersed in the natural world and draws heavy inspiration from the wild. Though her medium changes frequently, Lily’s art and expression always incorporate an element of the organic and unpredictable. She got her associate in fine arts in 2023, and now volunteers at her school as a ceramic studio monitor. She hopes to open a studio of her own one day to have a place to teach and inspire others. In addition to doing commission work, Lily has been creating many graphics for The Firefly Gathering since 2019. Lily grew up in the Earthskills community from the time she was eight years old, so having the opportunity to grow and give back in so many ways has been incredibly fulfilling. No matter where she ends up, this group of people and ideas will always hold a special place in her heart.
