Terms and Conditions

Credit & Cancellation Policy

For all tickets purchased on or after January 1, 2026, there will be no credits and no refunds. If you are unable to use your ticket, you can transfer your ticket to someone else through the Eventbrite ticketing platform or donate it to the Equity Fund. Firefly Gathering is not responsible for false or misleading ticket sales made person to person.

For purchases made on or before December 31, 2025, you have two options if you are unable to use your ticket:

1) Get credit for future events and classes. The credit is a dollar amount that can be applied towards any ticket minus a 5% processing fee, while tickets last, and is not an actual ticket. Only available Perennial Workshop tickets, credit is not available for fundraising events. Credit is valid for 3 years. Deadline for credit: Perennial Workshop credit requests must be submitted 14 days prior to start of the workshop (see below). To request a credit, notify us in writing by email at [email protected]. No post-deadline requests accepted.

2) Transfer your ticket to someone else or donate it to the Equity Fund. Firefly Gathering is not responsible for false or misleading ticket sales made person to person.

All existing credits will be valid through their expiration date. Please email [email protected] to redeem any credits prior to their expiration.

Firefly retains the right to cancel any event or class at any time due to low registration, public health concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a cancellation, all tickets will automatically become credit for future events and classes.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • No credit requests taken by phone
  • No post-deadline requests accepted
  • There are no credits for no-shows
  • We do not offer refunds

Social Conduct Agreement

By attending any and all Firefly Gathering public events you agree to these terms, so please read carefully.

Firefly brings together a complex and diverse group of thoughtful humans who share a sense of curiosity, play and passion. It is crucial within this context to be mindful that before engaging in an interaction of any kind, it is absolutely imperative that you have confirmed clear, enthusiastic consent for that interaction, be it verbal, physical or sexual. Tune in to notice if you are doing or saying things that are making those around you feel disempowered or uncomfortable.

Firefly has a zero-tolerance policy for sexual misconduct, racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, xenophobia, harassment or discrimination of any kind, and reserves the right to remove violators from the event without a refund, ban violators from future events, and in extreme cases, report allegations to law enforcement. If you have questions about this policy or need guidance on how to approach a situation, or are unclear about the appropriateness of an action or statement, check in with the Safety Team or a staff member before engaging.

If you experience or witness anything that feels off to you, we have the Incident Report Form available. When conflict does occur, we follow the  protocols outlined in our Conflict Resolution & Accountability Policy. All inquiries will be kept confidential.

Public Health & Wellness: In our ongoing efforts to keep each other healthy, we ask that you stay home if you are sick. We know it’s a bummer to miss the party and FOMO is real; but it’s just not worth the risk of spreading communicable illnesses.

Thank you for working with us to co-create a reality in which all beings can thrive.

Media Release Consent

Photographs, video and audio recordings will be taken throughout Firefly events. By registering for an event you consent without limitation, on your own behalf and that of your children and all minors in your care, to The Firefly Gathering’s use of these images and your/their likeness for promotional and commercial purposes.

** If you do not wish to be recorded, please follow consent protocols of turning away from cameras and speaking to the event photographers personally. **

Parental & Guardian Consent

Parents and Guardians are fully responsible for their children at all times during any Firefly event. If you choose to participate in the Youth Village programs, you agree to attend a parent orientation to inform yourself of the program’s expectations and do your best to follow them.
