Registration Information
We are so happy that you will be joining us this year. Firefly is sure to enrich the lives of those who attend, and we appreciate you adding to the experience with your presence and contributions.
To receive updates and last-minute news about this year's gathering please sign up for our Email Newsletter. This is very important so that you can be informed about what is going on.
Everyone who attends the Firefly Gathering needs to fill out a Registration Form and Waiver Form. If you are attending a post-camp intensive class, you will also need to fill out the Intensives Registration Form. Your check-in will go a lot faster if you print them out these forms and fill them out before you get to the gathering. If you don't have a printer or forget your forms, don't worry! We will have the forms at the gate, and you will still be able to register if you do not have these forms with you. If you are unsure of something, please leave that section blank. Payment Options
Check
If you are paying by check, to expedite your registration at the gate, please send in your Registration Form, Intensives Registration Form (if applicable), and Waiver Form along with your Check. You can find the mailing address in the sidebar on the right. Please make checks payable to WILD ABUNDANCE. Make sure an email address is included for us to send you a confirmation email.
At the Gate
This year Firefly will likely be filled with pre-registrations. There is still plenty of space now, but we encourage you to pre-register with paypal, check, or money order. If we do fill up we will write this very clearly on the front of the webpage. If you are reading this, there is no reason for you to worry that we have sold out yet.
If you are paying at the gate, to expedite your check-in, if you are able, please print out and fill in the Registration Form, Intensives Registration Form (if applicable), and Waiver Form and bring them with you.

If you are unable to print your forms, receipts of your check payment or Paypal payment will be at the gate and you can fill out the Registration form and Waiver Form then.
Firefly Gathering Refund Policy:
If you have purchased passes to the Main Camp and are unable to attend, you are eligible for a refund for 80% of your purchase price until Sun, July 10. After July 10, refunds for Main Camp Passes will not be given. If you have purchased passes for the Intensives, you are eligible for a 50% refund of the purchase price until Sun, July 3. After July 3, refunds will not be given. All passes ARE transferable, meaning you can give or sell your pass to a friend. Please email registration@fireflygathering.org if you need a refund or are transferring a pass.
